Reimbursement & Termination Policy
All individuals slated for surgery should familiarize themselves with the subsequent policies regarding operations, fees, termination, and the altering of surgical operations and services.

  1. Arranging for a surgical procedure necessitates the alignment of numerous distinct resources. This endeavor demands time to ensure that the patient will have a quality experience. You recognize and consent that, following the signing of this Agreement, Contour Cosmetics will undergo certain expenditures to arrange and get ready for your procedure(s). Consequently, you are mandated to remit to Contour Cosmetics $500.00 (the Deposit) simultaneously with the signing of this Agreement. You concur and recognize that under NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL THE DEPOSIT BE REIMBURSABLE. Specifically, any failure to secure medical approval for whatever reason shall not grant you a refund. You concur and recognize that your remittance of the Deposit is valid for two (2) years. You also grasp that if your procedure(s) do not transpire within two (2) years from the date of this Agreement’s execution, the prices stipulated herein might be subject to alteration.
  2. Should a patient opt to transition to another surgeon within our cadre at Contour Cosmetics, the initial date alteration is complimentary, whereas the 2nd and subsequent changes will invoke a FEE of 250.00 each time you reconsider.
  3. If, due to personal scenarios or an urgent personal matter, the patient opts to modify the date of surgery, a fee of 150.00 will be levied each time the prearranged surgical date is altered.
  4. Any cancellations on the day of the surgery due to non-disclosure of medical conditions or non-adherence to pre-operative guidelines provided will not qualify for a refund.
  5. Contour Cosmetics comprehends that unforeseen circumstances may compel a patient to defer the procedure. It’s imperative for the patient to realize that such modifications impact the surgeon, the operating room personnel, and other patients. The time of the surgeon, as well as the operating room staff, is valuable, and Contour Cosmetics implores patient’s courtesy and awareness concerning any alterations to their scheduled surgery date. A cancellation fee of 1000.00 is applicable should you cancel your surgery.
  6. In the event of a procedure or treatment cancellation, should the Patient wish to obtain a refund and one is owed to the Patient, they should email admin@contour-cosmetics.com.
  7. Refunds will be processed through the same mode the initial payment was conducted. If payment was done via a credit card, then the Refund must be credited back to the identical card used for payment. If at the time of the refund, Patient no longer possesses the credit card used for the transaction, then following verification of identity, an alternate method will be employed to finalize the refund. Nonetheless, in any such scenario, Patient acknowledges and comprehends that the refund process might extend between 7 to 15 days.
